Q- How do I book my event?You start by requesting a quote, after you receive your quote you need to sign the contract and make your deposit payment. You can send a check with the signed contract or you can make your deposit payment online. Make PaymentQ- When is the balance due?The balance is due two weeks prior to the event.Q- Is the deposit non-refundable?Yes, the deposit is a place holder for that day. When you book your event we reserve that day for you and therefore we will not be able to book any other shows.Q- Is the setup and tear down included in all your DJ packages?Yes, the setup and tear down is included, the hours you book are non-stop music. When you book 5 hours, you will enjoy 5 hours of non-stop music. Q- Do you offer party games?Yes, we offer party games that can help make your event special and memorable. If you want an early setup make sure you let us know as an additional charge may apply.Q- Will the DJ play requests?Yes, all our DJs take requests from the client and guests. If you don't want the DJ to play your guest requests, please notify us and we will instruct your DJ not to accept guest requests at your event.Q- Will the DJ play our CDs or MP3 music at the event?Yes, you can bring music CDs or MP3 files to the event, you must label the songs you want played and then place a post-it on each CD case letting your DJ know which track to play and when to play it. Please make sure your music is good quality and suitable for your guests.
Q- When should I start to fill out my event planner and start my music selection?We encourage you to start filling out your event planner and start making music selections after you book your show. The nice thing about our system is that you can start the process and save it, plus you can always go back to make changes to the event planner or delete or add new songs to your music list.Q- Do you have videos?We are in the process of producing a new DVD video for our clients to show some of the parties we have conducted. In addition, we will show clips of lighting and equipment that will be used at your event.Videos
